We discussed several alternatives to on-chip electrical signaling and I’m including some references below. These references aren’t necessarily the latest or greatest, but these are papers that I remember. In fact, there are hundreds of papers you can find related to these topics. Electrical, by the way, includes transmission lines and capacitive feed forward, which I already listed some references for here.
